ESL Course This course, designed for teachers around the world who work with ESOLstudent, helps visitors learn how to use Internet resources as a way of improving language skills and developing a greater awareness of cultures around the world. Besides an understanding of what the Internet is and how it works, students will be able to: use major search engines effectively use Web-based e-mail programs and send formatted documents, graphics, and voice mail attachments participate in mailing lists, discussion groups, and chat sessions evaluate web sites based on content, design, timeliness, and accuracy create basic home pages
